The Franchise Package
Hallows Care offer a complete business format management franchise, developed to help the franchisees start their own business as soon as possible.
The franchise package, included in the initial franchise fee, includes all the necessary elements in order to launch a successful Hallows Care franchise:
Licencing Rights
Licensing offers you the right to trade under Hallows Care brand and use our corporate systems in your own, selected location for the duration of the franchise agreement.
Accreditations and Memberships
We will fully guide you through the application process for the care inspectorate registration and assist you with completion of all the necessary documentation, so that you can become an approved care provider.
Initial Training and Ongoing Support
You will receive an intensive training course at our Head Office, covering all aspects of the business. This initial training will equip you with the knowledge and expertise required to successfully operate a Hallows Care franchise. Ongoing training and continued support will be provided throughout the duration of your franchise agreement.
IT
You will receive access to one of the best care software systems in the market for the day-to- day management of your Hallows Care franchise. Ongoing support and maintenance will be provided for the duration of your agreement.
Staff Recruitment
We will support you with your office staff and senior staff recruitment needs, helping you to hire the best people for your business.
Online Resources
We will provide you with a Hallows Care hosted email service and you will have your own microsite, as part of Hallows Care main website, where your business will be promoted by showcasing your location page, contact details, relevant images, and any additional service activities for your location.
Uniforms
To make sure that your Hallows Care franchise is properly branded, we will provide an initial set of uniforms so that your team is suitably attired.
Literature and Marketing
You will receive a set of literature and marketing materials including flyers, banners, business cards and stationery, all essential to the branding of your new business. You will also have access to our team of marketing experts, who can assist you with market research and digital and conventional marketing campaigns.
Operations Manual
A comprehensive manual, containing all the information required for the day-to- day operation of the Franchise business, is issued to each franchisee on loan for the duration of the Franchise term.
